Kefir Popsicles: The Tasty Way to Boost Gut Health
Looking for a refreshing treat that your gut will love just as much as your taste buds? These homemade kefir popsicles are a delicious way to cool down and support your health. Made with creamy kefir, naturally sweet fruit, and a touch of honey, they’re the perfect balance of tangy and sweet—plus they’re packed with probiotics to help rebuild and nourish your gut.
You can use any type of popsicle mold you have on hand (even simple ice pop molds do the trick!). Want a stronger honey flavor? Add a little extra. Prefer that classic kefir tang? Keep the honey light. Either way, you’re in for a wholesome, feel-good frozen snack the whole family will love.

Fruit Kefir Popsicles
Ingredients:
3 cups kefir
1-1/2 cups frozen fruit
1/2-3/4 cup honey
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth- or to your preferred consistency.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer.
3. Freezing time varies, but roughly 8 hours.
4. Serve & enjoy!
