This is a 3-week virtual workshop created specifically for teen girls who want to understand their bodies and feel empowered by the choices they make. No diets. No shame. Just honest conversations, practical tools, and support from someone who believes in them.

What is your educational background?
I’m a graduate of the University of Utah in Health Education and a Certified International Sports Nutritionist since 2016. I’m also a Certified Gut Health Nutrition Specialist, a Weight-loss Management Specialist, and a former personal trainer. Currently, I’m completing my Master Level Nutrition Consultant education, which includes certification as a Holistic Health Coach, Eating Disorder Coach, and Health & Wellness Coach.
Beyond certifications, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to improve their digestion, metabolism, energy balance, and relationship with food. I also serve as a nutritional consultant for MVP Sports Science Institute in Holladay, Utah—working with elite youth athletes to help them fuel properly for peak performance.
At the heart of all my education is a deep love for people, food, movement, and helping others live a balanced, grace-filled life.
